With its 21 regions, Italy has different and varied traditions when it comes to the Christmas table. From North to South, the different cultural influences through the centuries and the nature of local products have shaped the festive tables all over the Italian "boot". In this class I will propose you 4 simple and tasty recipes that will make your holidays even tastier. We cook in the teaching kitchen with induction hobs. Please bring a few plastic boxes for possible leftovers and something to drink. The costs for cooking ingredients of 12 EUR are already included in the fee! This course is suitable for anyone with an A2-B1 level in English. If you have any food intolerances, please contact the department before the course evening.
