Inspired by the personality concepts popularized in Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Erikson, this interactive evening is about discovering how you communicate, why other people behave so differently, and how understanding those differences can make connecting with people much easier. And because this is Zurich Together , we won't just talk about connecting. We'll actually do it! 🧩 First: Discover YOUR personality style Before diving into the different personality types, you'll take a personality assessment to discover your own dominant style. You'll learn more about: • How you naturally communicate • What motivates and demotivates you • How you make decisions • How others may perceive you • What happens to your style when you're under pressure • Your natural strengths and potential blind spots You may recognize yourself more than you'd like. 😜 👀 Then: Learn to decode OTHER people Once you understand yourself, things get even more interesting. We'll explore how to recognize the main personality and communication styles of the people around you.
