The History of Winegrowing on Lake Zurich – Guided Tour

This guided tour in English includes a visit to both the museum and the vineyard. It traces the history of viticulture in the Lake Zurich region and shows how the landscape once looked more like Lavaux, with vineyards shaping the lakeshore. Guests will also taste a historical Räuschling (a challenge for the taste buds!) followed by a contemporary Räuschling for comparison. The «Weinbaumuseum am Zürichsee» is lokated on Halbinsel Au by the lake of Zurich an can be easily reached either by train (Au ZH) or by boat (Halbinsel Au). Regular 30.– / Members 20.– (includes admission to the museum, historical Räuschling, and one glass of Räuschling)
