Stretch & Mobility is a class with the simple aim of encouraging people to stretch correctly in a fun and fulfilling way! Flexibility training is often neglected- this can cause tightened muscles, discomfort and a higher risk of injury. It is designed to lengthen and strengthen the whole body. It will also improve your range of movement, decrease your risk of injury and improve your quality of life.
