Dance yourself fit with the fabulous fun Les Mills SH BAM™ virtual workout. This dance class sees you learn simple, but sassy dance moves that are set to a party playlist. Virtual classes are great if you cant make it to the instructor-led sessions, or just want to give the class a trial run, without committing to an instructor-led course. The classes are played on big screens, with pumping music and dimmed lighting, and are led by the people who have actually developed the classes.
