This class is for anyone looking to get fit whilst looking after a little one in I buggy. Classes mix cardio and strength exercise to increase fitness levels, burn calories and improve your strength and endurance, best of all your little ones can come along for the ride. This class is based indoors so all buggies and strollers are suitable.
