✨ KEA group session Open for women and men all levels. I'm Bea Anna , an energy facilitator & meditation teacher from Switzerland. I combine my experience as a Kundalini & Reiki transmitter with meditation teaching to create a space where you can safely remove your shields and armor, and come back into alignment. Kundalini Energy Activation is a deeply personal and unique experience for everyone. It’s a space to feel energy activation in your body and release what no longer serves you. This inner journey unfolds on many levels at once — a dance of energy within that can manifest in many forms: energetic sensations, emotional release, visions, spontaneous movement, and more. Important❣️ Some informations you need to pay attention. ~Please be ready on your mat 10 minutes before the session ist starting. ~ Bring your own water bottle and dress in comfortable clothes (no black) so you can move freely. ~| recommend not eating heavy food for at least 3 hours before the session, recommend fruits and vegetables, and drinking plenty of water. ~ The 24-48 hours before the KEA session do not consume any kind of drugs or alcohol. ~Please let me know in advance if you are currently pregnant or suffering from a mental illness (depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, etc.).
