What if we could meet viruses on a human scale? This hands-on workshop invites participants to encounter viruses through touch, embodiment and collective making. Participants exchange virus stories, engage with materials from contemporary virology and create life-sized virus forms. Through artistic exploration and dialogue, they reflect on their relationships with viruses, urban ecologies and shared futures. Each participant leaves with a photographic portrait of their handmade virus.
Cost: Arrival from 1:45 pm. The workshop starts promptly at 2:00 pm.
Please note that photographs will be taken during the workshop for documentation purposes. The images may be published on the LBI-SOAP website and on the LBG OIS Center website and social media channels.
