Polaris, the latest Pianographique production by Maki Namekawa and Cori O'Lan, offers a distinctive take on the music of Philip Glass, whose compositions have become, for many, a timeless soundtrack of our present moment. Drawing on piano arrangements by Philip Glass himself as well as by Michael Riesman, Maki Namekawa has curated a unique program for this evening, one that speaks directly to the festival’s theme.
