Holy Echo: Clair de Lune

Holy Echo is new sound installation created for St. Mary’s Cathedral. It proposes that a space becomes sacred when human perception is reorganized through an extraordinary acoustic field.

In this performance, evala uses the Holy Echo spatial sound system to dissolve the cathedral’s architecture, transforming it into a fluid, otherworldly realm that transcends time and place. Features coloratura soprano Ayako Tanaka as special guest. Her voice is processed by evala in real-time, immersing the audience.
